The present invention relates to a high strength concrete (ready mixed concrete) and a method for producing the high strength concrete (ready mixed concrete). A high strength concrete (ready mixed concrete) according to the present invention is characterized in that it is formed by mixing 10 to 50% by weight of aggregate, 30 to 70% by weight of coal ash, 5 to 25% by weight of polyurea resin, 10 to 30% by weight of cement, and 1 to 10% by weight of calcium hydroxide. A method for producing a high strength concrete (ready mixed concrete) according to the present invention comprises: mixing water with a composition comprising 10 to 50% by weight of aggregate, 30 to 70% by weight of coal ash, 5 to 25% by weight of polyurea resin, 10 to 30% by weight of cement, and 1 to 10% by weight of calcium hydroxide; and forming and curing the mixture. A high strength concrete (ready mixed concrete) according to the present invention is capable of minimizing waste of resources and solving waste landfill problems of coal ash, exhibits excellent physical properties such as durability and binding power, and is environmentally friendly.
본 발명은 고강도 레미콘에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 자갈 40 내지60중량%, 석탄재 60 내지 80중량%, 폴리우레아 수지 5 내지 25중량% 시멘트 10 내지 30중량% 및 수산화칼슘 1 내지 10중량%를 포함하는 소량의 시멘트 및 천연 골재와 석탄재를 혼합한 레미콘 제조 방법과 천연 골재를 사용하지 않고 석탄재 60 내지 80중량%, 폴리우레아 수지 5 내지 25중량% 시멘트 10 내지 30중량% 및 수산화칼슘 1 내지 10중량%을 포함한 제조방법으로 환경 문제 억제 및 원가 절감이 가능하며, 우수한 물리적 성질 및 내구성을 나타낼 뿐만 아니라, 친환경적인 콘크리트(레미콘)에 관한 것이다.
