The present invention relates to a preparation method of an environment-friendly deicing material. More particularly, the present invention relates to a preparation method of an environment-friendly deicing material which has excellent performance of thaw-melting ice and preventing freezing by using calcined lime sludge which is an industry byproduct. The preparation method of the environment-friendly deicing material comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a calcined lime sludge reactant by mixing calcined lime sludge, organic acid, and water in a reaction precipitation tank, and making the resultant mixture react; (2) isolating solid compounds remaining unreacted with the organic acid among the calcined lime sludge reactant; and (3) preparing a deicinng material by mixing isolated calcined lime sludge reactant, potassium acetate, a freezing temperature modifier, and a thaw-melting performance dispersing agent.
본 발명은 친환경 제설제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 산업부산물인 석회소성슬러지를 활용하여 친환경적일 뿐만 아니라 융빙성능 및 동결방지성능이 우수한 친환경 제설제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
