Method for Manufacturing Ceramic Spherical Bead
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing ceramic spherical beads in which a tumbling method is used so that a high spherical degree is achieved along with uniform quality characteristics. In the ceramic spherical bead manufacturing method according to the present invention, ceramic grinding is performed for a uniform mechanochemical activity and a spherical aggregate is manufactured by the tumbling method. Accordingly, a uniform inter-ceramic particle cohesiveness can be exerted and beads having a high spherical degree and a uniform size can be manufactured. In addition, a simple manufacturing process results in a short period of time and costs required for the manufacturing. The contamination of the manufactured ceramic spherical beads is suppressed during the manufacturing process because of the minimization of the addition of impurities other than starting ceramic. Accordingly, the ceramic spherical beads manufactured by this method can be in use for various applications in industries.
본 발명은 텀블링 방법을 이용하여 높은 구형도와 일정한 품질특성을 나타내는 세라믹 구형 비드를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 세라믹 구형 비드의 제조방법은 세라믹이 균일한 기계화학적 활성을 갖도록 분쇄하고 텀블링 방법으로 구형 응집체를 제조하므로 세라믹 입자 간의 응집력이 균일하게 작용하여 구형도가 높고 균일한 크기를 가지는 비드를 제조할 수 있으며, 또한 제조공정이 간단하여 제조시간과 제조비용이 절감되고 제조과정에서 출발 세라믹 외의 불순물 첨가를 최소화하여 제조된 세라믹 구형 비드의 오염이 억제되므로, 이러한 방법으로 제조된 세라믹 구형 비드는 산업계의 전반에 걸쳐 폭넓게 적용될 수 있다.
