AUTO OPENING AND SHUTTING SYSTEM IN A DOCK AND AUTO OPENING AND SHUTTING METHOD USING THE SAME
In an auto opening and shutting system of a dock facility and an auto opening and shutting method using the same, the auto opening and shutting system of the dock facility includes a dock part, a proximity sensor part, an approached vehicle sensor part, a judgment part, and an operation control part. The dock part includes an opening and shutting part which is formed among an upper plane part, a lower plane part, and a side part, and passes distributed goods. The proximity sensor part senses a vehicle close to the dock part. The approached vehicle sensor part senses a vehicle approaching and parking at the dock part. The judgment part judges whether the vehicle approaches or parks at the dock part on the basis of sensing of the proximity sensor part and the approached vehicle sensor part. The operation control part controls an operation of the dock part on the basis of the position where the vehicle approaches and parks. The auto opening and shutting system of the present invention performs a sealing operation of the dock part more efficiently.
도크시설의 자동개폐시스템 및 이를 이용한 자동개폐방법에서, 상기 도크시설의 자동개폐시스템은 도크부, 근접 센서부, 접차 센서부, 판단부 및 동작 제어부를 포함한다. 상기 도크부는 상면부, 하면부 및 측면부의 사이에 형성되며 물류가 통과하는 개폐부를 포함한다. 상기 근접 센서부는 상기 도크부에 근접한 차량을 센싱한다. 상기 접차 센서부는 상기 도크부에 접차한 차량을 센싱한다. 상기 판단부는 상기 근접 센서부 및 상기 접차 센서부의 센싱을 바탕으로 상기 차량이 상기 도크부에 근접 또는 접차하였는지를 판단한다. 상기 동작 제어부는 상기 차량이 접차한 위치를 바탕으로 상기 도크부의 동작을 제어한다.
