The present invention relates to a slim smart card key of a vehicle. In particular, a slim smart card key of a vehicle comprises: a main body having an exterior formed by curing a molding resin by an injection molding method; and a printed circuit board having various types of electronic parts soldered thereon except for a button switch before molding using the injection molding method, and disposed inside the main body when the main body is formed by the injection molding method. In the main body, when the main body is molded using the injection molding method, after the main body is formed by a support pin supporting the printed circuit board in a state of being in close contact with one surface thereof, a coupling portion is formed such that the printed circuit board is exposed to couple the button switch. As a result, productivity of a product can be increased.

본 발명은 차량의 슬림형 스마트 카드키에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 인서트 사출 성형 공법에 의한 몰딩 수지의 경화로 외관이 성형되는 본체와, 상기 인서트 사출 성형 공법에 의한 몰딩 전 버튼 스위치를 제외한 각종 전장 부품이 솔더링되고, 상기 인서트 사출 성형 공법에 의한 상기 본체의 성형시 상기 본체의 내부에 위치되는 인쇄회로기판을 포함하고, 상기 본체에는, 상기 인서트 사출 성형 공법에 의한 몰딩시 상기 인쇄회로기판의 일면에 밀착 지지하는 지지핀에 의하여 상기 본체의 성형 후 상기 버튼 스위치의 결합을 위한 상기 인쇄회로기판이 노출되도록 결합부가 형성됨으로써, 제품의 제조성을 향상시키는 이점을 제공한다.
