The present invention relates to an installation bracket for installing and fixing a hollow foam core to a T-shaped deck plate to form a hollow slab. Provided is a structure for installing a hollow foam core of a T-shaped deck plate, which can enhance the constructability of a hollow slab. The structure for installing a hollow foam core of a T-shaped deck plate comprises: a T-shaped deck plate forming the lower side of a slab; a hollow foam core which is embedded in concrete to form a hollow part; and an installation bracket to install and fix the hollow foam core to the deck plate. The T-shaped deck plate comprises: a lower plate functioning as a mold; ribs which protrude upwards from the lower plate and are mounted at regular intervals; and an upper flange which is bilaterally bent from the upper end of each rib and forms a T-shape with each rib. Furthermore, a fixing means is formed on the end parts of the installation bracket in order to fix the installation bracket and the upper flange, and a holding groove is formed on the middle part of the installation bracket in order to hold the hollow foam core.
본 발명은 중공슬래브 구축을 위해 T형 데크플레이트에 중공폼을 고정 설치하기 위한 설치대에 관한 것으로서, 슬래브의 하면을 형성하는 데크플레이트와, 상기 중공부를 형성시키기 위해 콘크리트에 매립되는 중공폼과, 상기 중공폼을 데크플레이트에 고정 설치시키기 위한 설치대로 이루어지되, 상기 데크플레이트는 거푸집 기능을 하는 하판과, 상기 하판에서 상부로 돌출되며 일정한 간격으로 설치되는 리브와, 상기 리브의 상단에서 좌우로 절곡되어 리브와 함께 T형상을 이루는 상부플랜지로 이루어지는 T형 데크플레이트이고; 상기 설치대의 단부에는 상기 상부플랜지와의 고정을 위한 고정수단이 구비되고, 중앙부에는 중공폼을 거치시키기 위한 거치홈이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
