METHOD FOR PAVING ROAD WITH CEMENT COMPOSITION TO REVEAL NATURAL STONE TEXTURE
The present invention relates to a method for paving a road having natural stone texture, which can allow natural stone to protrude from the road, thereby improving resistance to slippage while expressing natural beauty and increasing strength of a paved surface. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for paving a road having natural stone texture comprises: a lower layer forming step of laying and hardening a lower layer; an upper layer laying step of laying a cement mixture including natural stone aggregates on the lower layer; a first stripping step of applying a first surface stripping agent including water, a soluble resin, a cement dispersing agent, and cement to the laid upper layer so that the cement on the surface of the upper layer can be separated from the surface of the natural stone aggregates to expose the natural stone aggregates, and reinforcing cohesion of the natural stone aggregates with the soluble resin and the cement; a first upper layer hardening step of hardening the upper layer after the application of the first surface stripping agent; a second stripping step of applying a second surface stripping agent having water and a soluble resin mixed therewith on the first hardened upper layer in order to reinforce the cohesion of the exposed natural stone aggregates; a second upper layer hardening step of hardening the surface of the upper layer after the application of the second surface stripping agent; and a curing step of curing the upper layer after the second upper layer hardening step.
본 발명은 자연석을 돌출시켜 자연미가 표현되면서 미끄럼 저항성을 향상시키고, 포장면의 강도를 증대시키는 자연석 표면을 갖는 도로 포장방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 자연석 표면을 갖는 도로 포장방법은 하부층을 포설하여 다짐하는 하부층 형성단계와; 상기 하부층 위에 자연석 골재를 포함하는 시멘트 혼합물를 포설하는 상부층 포설단계와; 포설된 상부층 위에 물, 수용성 수지, 시멘트분산제 및 시멘트가 포함된 1차 표면박리제를 살포하여 상부층 표면상의 시멘트가 자연석 골재 표면으로부터 분리되면서 자연석 골재를 노출시키고 노출된 자연석 골재의 결합력을 수용성 수지 및 시멘트로 보강하는 1차 박리단계와; 1차 표면박리제가 살포된 다음 그 표면을 다짐하는 상부층 1차 다짐단계와; 1차 다짐된 상부층 위에 물과 수용성 수지가 혼합된 2차 표면박리제를 살포하는 노출된 자연석 골재의 결합력을 보강하는 2차 박리단계와; 2차 표면박리제가 살포된 다음 그 표면을 다짐하는 상부층 2차 다짐단계와; 상부층 2차 다짐단계 후에 상기 상부층을 양생시키는 양생단계를 포함한다.
