The structure of the ceiling checking-door
The present invention relates to a ceiling inspection door installed in a ceiling panel (P) to be used to inspect the inside of a ceiling in a building. The ceiling inspection door comprises: a fixing frame (10) of a quadrangular frame having at least one fastening hole (11) to be mounted on the ceiling panel (P), and having a hinge hole (15) provided in one side thereof; a door frame (20) of a quadrangular frame having a coupling hole (21) to be opened or closed on the fixing frame (10), and having a sealing plate (25) to be sealed from the outside; connecting means having an L-shaped bracket (30) inserted into insertion grooves (31) provided in the fixing frame (10) and the door frame (20) in order to form the quadrangular frames; and a locking means (40) integrally sealing the fixing frame (10) and the door frame (20) to fix them. Accordingly, the ceiling inspection door can have a lightweight, thin, short, and small structure, thereby reducing the amount of raw materials in the manufacture thereof and costs through a reduction in time and human resources required for the assembly thereof, can have a light weight in the installation thereof, thereby facilitating conveyance and mounting, can increase durability when in use, thereby extending a lifespan, and can include the locking means having elasticity, thereby enabling a user to smoothly perform sealing and fixing work.
본 발명은 천정패널(P)에 설치되어 건축물의 천정 내부를 점검할 때 사용되는 천정 점검구에 관련되며, 그 구성의 특징으로서 상기 천정패널(P)에 장착되도록 하나 이상의 체결공(11)을 구비하고, 일측에 힌지공(15)을 구비하는 사각틀의 고정프레임(10); 상기 고정프레임(10)상에 개폐되도록 결합공(21)을 구비하고, 외부로부터 밀폐되도록 밀폐판(25)을 구비하는 사각틀의 도어프레임(20); 상기 고정프레임(10)과 도어프레임(20)에 삽입홈(31)을 각각 구비하고, 사각틀의 프레임을 형성하도록 삽입홈(31)에 삽착되는 'ㄱ'형의 브라켓(30)을 구비하는 연결수단; 및 상기 고정프레임(10)과 도어프레임(20)을 일체로 밀폐하여 고정하는 잠금수단(40);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은 전반적인 구조를 경박하고 단소하게 형성하여 제조 시 원료를 절감하면서 조립에 따른 시간과 인력의 단축으로 비용을 절감하고 설치 시 비교적 가벼운 중량으로 운반과 장착이 용이할 뿐더러 사용 시 내구성의 증가로 수명을 연장할 수 있음은 물론 탄성력을 지닌 잠금수단을 구비하는 것으로 사용자의 밀폐 및 고정작업을 원활하게 수행할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a ceiling inspection door installed in a ceiling panel (P) to be used to inspect the inside of a ceiling in a building.
