Curtain wall frame having reinforced stiffness and insulation structure
The present invention provides a curtain wall frame having a reinforced strength and insulation structure. Each indoor frame of vertical bars and horizontal bars assembled in a grid shape comprises: a main body which is made of aluminum, has a C-shaped cross section, and is arranged to direct an opened portion thereof towards an outdoor side; a plate member integrated into the main body while closing the opened portion of the main body, wherein a width thereof is longer than the main body, and both ends thereof are bent to an indoor side to form a coupling protrusion on each bent end thereof; a first insulator which has a C-shaped cross section and is arranged to insert an opened portion thereof into an outer surface of the main body to enclose the outer surface of the main body; and an indoor cover which has a C-shaped cross section, includes coupling grooves which have a shape corresponding to the coupling protrusions formed on the plate member and are formed on both opened ends thereof, is arranged to insert an opened portion thereof into an outer surface of the first insulator to enclose the outer surface of the first insulator, and is made of aluminum. The coupling protrusions formed on the plate member and the coupling grooves formed on the indoor cover are integratively mounted by a knurling method to reinforce strength of the frame and improve insulation performance.
본 발명에 따른 강도보강 및 단열 구조를 갖는 커튼월 프레임은, 격자 형상으로 조립되는 수직바와 수평바의 각 실내프레임은, 알루미늄으로 제작되고, 단면(斷面)이 'ㄷ'자 형상이며, 개구된 부분이 실외측을 향하도록 배치되는 본체; 상기 본체의 개구된 부분을 폐쇄시키면서 본체와 일체로 형성되고, 폭이 본체보다 길고 양단이 실내측으로 절곡되어 절곡된 각 단부에 체결돌부가 형성되어 구성되는 판부재; 단면이 'ㄷ'자 형상이고, 개구된 부분이 본체의 외측면에 끼워져서 본체의 외측면을 감싸도록 배치되는 제1단열재; 단면이 'ㄷ'자 형상이고, 판부재에 형성된 체결돌부와 대응하는 형상의 체결요부가 개구된 양단에 각각 형성되어 구성되며, 개구된 부분이 제1단열재의 외측면에 끼워져서 제1단열재의 외측면을 감싸도록 배치되며, 알루미늄으로 제작된 실내커버를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 판부재에 형성된 체결돌부와 실내커버에 형성된 체결요부를 널링방식에 의해 일체로 결합시켜 구성하여, 프레임의 강도보강 및 단열성능을 향상시킨 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention provides a curtain wall frame having a reinforced strength and insulation structure. Each indoor frame of vertical bars and horizontal bars assembled in a grid shape comprises: a main body which is made of aluminum, has a C-shaped cross section, and is arranged to direct an opened portion thereof towards an outdoor side; a plate member integrated into the main body while closing the opened portion of the main body, wherein a width thereof is longer than the main body, and both ends thereof are bent to an indoor side to form a coupling protrusion on each bent end thereof; a first insulator which has a C-shaped cross section and is arranged to insert an opened portion thereof into an outer surface of the main body to enclose the outer surface of the main body; and an indoor cover which has a C-shaped cross section, includes coupling grooves which have a shape corresponding to the coupling protrusions formed on the plate member and are formed on both opened ends thereof, is arranged to insert an opened portion thereof into an outer surface of the first insulator to enclose the outer surface of the first insulator, and is made of aluminum. The coupling protrusions formed on the plate member and the coupling grooves formed on the indoor cover are integratively mounted by a knurling method to reinforce strength of the frame and improve insulation performance.
