The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing artificial light-weight aggregates for manufacturing uniformly foamed aggregates by molding and classifying a material formed of ceramic oxide ingredients, coating the molded material with a coating material containing silica stone, limestone and dolomite while coating the molded material with other coating materials with a different range of particle sizes according to the particle size of the molded material, and plasticizing the coated material at a different range of temperature.
본 발명은 세라믹 산화물 원료로 구성된 재료를 성형하고 분급한 후에 규석, 석회석 및 백운석으로 구성된 코팅재를 사용하여 코팅하되, 성형체의 입도에 따라 다른 범위의 입도를 가진 코팅재로 코팅하고 다른 범위의 온도에서 소성시켜 균일발포골재를 제조하는 인공경량골재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
