The present invention relates to a waterproof agent for plaster boards and a method for producing a waterproof plaster board using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a waterproof agent for plaster boards, which is produced by mixing silicone oil and a surfactant in an attempt to emulsify the mixture, thereby suppressing antifoam properties of the silicone oil and securing waterproofness, strength, and light weight of the plaster boards. The present invention further relates to a method for producing a waterproof plaster board using the same.
본 발명은 석고보드용 방수제 및 이를 이용한 방수 석고보드의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 실리콘 오일과 계면활성제를 혼합 및 에멀젼화하여 제조됨으로써 실리콘 오일의 소포성을 억제하고 석고보드의 방수성, 강도 및 경량화를 확보할 수 있는 석고보드용 방수제 및 이를 이용한 방수 석고보드의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
