The present invention relates to a composite finishing panel with improved insulation performance. The composite finishing panel forming an outer wall by being connected to a front side of a fixing frame fixated to a frame of a structure comprises: a plate-shaped inner finishing material fixated to one end of the fixing frame; a plate-shaped outer finishing material fixated to the inner finishing material at predetermined intervals; an insulation material installed between the inner finishing material and an outer finishing material; and a molding member preventing heat conduction between the inner and outer finishing materials, wherein one end is connected to the inner surface of an end of the inner finishing material and the other end connected to the inner surface of an end of the outer finishing material. According to the present invention, an air layer is additionally formed in a space selected among a space between the inner finishing material and the insulation material, a space between the outer finishing material and the insulation material, and a space between the inner and outer finishing materials and the insulation material. An air layer spacer formed of a material having an insulation effect and supporting the space between the inner and outer finishing materials and the insulation material is installed in the air layer at fixated intervals. The inner finishing material or the outer finishing material is formed of a glass material. A sheet plate member is attached on one side of the insulation material of the inner and outer finishing materials formed of the glass material, or a film member is additionally connected to the inner side of the inner and outer finishing materials.
본 발명은 구조물의 골조에 고정되는 고정프레임의 전면에 결합되어 외벽을 이루는 마감판넬에서, 상기 고정프레임의 일단에 고정되는 판 상의 내측마감재; 상기 내측마감재와 소정 간격 이격된 채 고정되는 판 상의 외측마감재; 상기 내측마감재와 외측마감재 사이에 설치되는 단열재; 및, 일단이 내측마감재의 단부 내면에 결합되고 타단이 외측마감재의 단부 내면에 결합되는 성형 부재로, 내·외측마감재 사이의 열 전도를 차단하는 몰딩부재;를 포함하여 구성되는 단열성이 향상된 복합형 마감판넬에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 내측마감재와 단열재 사이, 외측마감재와 단열재 사이, 내·외측마감재와 단열재 사이 중 선택된 어느 하나의 공간에 공기층이 추가로 형성되고, 상기 공기층에는 일정 간격마다 내·외측마감재와 단열재 사이를 지지하고 단열효과를 갖는 재질로 이루어진 공기층간격재가 설치되며, 내측마감재 또는 외측마감재는 유리 재질로 구성되고, 유리 재질로 이루어진 내·외측마감재로부터 보이는 단열재의 일면에는 시트판부재가 부착되거나 내·외측마감재의 내측면에 필름부재가 추가로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
