Provided is a concrete composition which comprises 140-190 kg/m^3 of water, 210-400 kg/m^3 of cement, 681-962 kg/m^3 of fine aggregates, and 832-1270kg/m^3 of coarse aggregates, and further includes a silica-based dust mixture. By mixing silica fume and silica-based dust which is a byproduct produced during a dust collecting process of ferrosilicon, it is possible to effectively reduce ignilion loss of low grade silica-based dust and also to recycle industrial byproducts, thereby securing eco-friendliness, economic feasibility, and high performance, easy processability, and applicability.
본 발명은 물 140~190kg/m; 시멘트 210~400kg/m; 잔골재 681~962kg/m; 굵은골재 832~1270kg/m;를 포함하며, 실리카계 더스트 혼합물;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 조성물을 제시함으로써, 페로실리콘의 집진공정에서 발생하는 부산물인 실리카계 더스트와 실리카퓸의 혼합을 통해 저품위 실리카계 더스트의 강열감량을 효과적으로 저감함과 아울러, 산업 부산물을 재활용함으로써 친환경적이고, 경제적이며, 고성능을 확보할 수 있고, 시공이 용이하며 적용성이 우수하도록 한다.
