The connecter for a concrete form
The present invention relates to a concrete form connector. The concrete form connector has been developed so as not to cause inconvenience in installation of a vertical supporter for reinforcement of a concrete form while simply connecting and fixing an adjacent concrete form when standardized concrete forms are formed to extend in close contact up and down or left and right. The concrete form connector connects an adjacent panel when a panel forming layers with a cement board made of cement and a styrofoam board is used as an inner wall finishing material after concrete is cured while serving as a concrete form. The concrete form connector comprises: a body which has a rectangular plate shape and a thickness equal to or smaller than that of a cement board; a spacing unit which is separated inwards from both side ends of the rear surface of the body, has a shape in which an up/down width is longer than a left/right width, and extends backwards with the same length as the thickness of the styrofoam board; and a catching plate, a front center of which is integrally connected to the spacing unit to longitudinally extend up and down, and the front upper end and lower end corners are chamfered.
본 발명은 거푸집 연결구에 관한 것으로서, 규격화된거푸집을 상하 또는 좌우로 밀착시켜 연장하여 형성할 때 인접한 거푸집을 간단하게 연결 고정할 수 있도록 하면서 거푸집의 보강을 위한 수직지지대의 설치에 지장을 주지 않도록 하기 위하여 개발된 것으로; 시멘트로 이루어진 시멘트보드와 스티로폼보드로 층을 이루는 판넬이 거푸집의 역할을 하면서 콘크리트가 양생된 후에는 내벽마감재로 사용될 때 인접한 판넬을 연결하는 거푸집 연결구에 있어서; 상기 거푸집 연결구는 사각의 판 형상을 가지고 시멘트보드와 같거나 작은 두께를 가지는 몸체와; 상기 몸체의 배면 양측단에서 내측으로 이격되어 상하폭이 좌우폭 보다 긴 형상을 가지고 스티로폼보드의 두께와 동일한 길이로 후방으로 연장되는 간격유지부와; 정면 중앙이 상기 간격유지부와 일체로 연결되어 상하로 길게 연장되고 정면 상단과 하단 모서리는 모따기부가 형성되는 걸림판으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 거푸집 연결구에 관한 것이다.
