The present invention relates to an euro-form insulator fixer. The present invention comprises: a pressing plate (1); and a fixing pin (2) inserted into a pressing plate through hole (14) vertically penetrating the center of the pressing plate (1). The pressing plate (1) comprises: a support (11); a grip plate (10) installed on the support (11) and formed with a larger diameter than the support (11); a pressing cover plate (12) installed in a side of the lower part of the support (11), having a disc shape, and formed with a larger diameter than the grip plate (10); a pressing plate through hole (14) penetrated from the upper part to the lower part of the center of the pressing plate (1); a plurality of pressing plate inner protrusions (15) vertically installed in the pressing plate through hole (14); a support lower part (17) installed in the lower part of the center of the pressing cover plate (12) by extending the support (11); and a plurality of arrowhead-shaped protrusions (13) installed in the lower part of the pressing cover plate (12). The fixing pin (2) has a nail shape, and comprises: a fixing pin body (20); a fixing pin head part (21) installed in the upper part of the body (20); and a fixing pin lower part (22) installed in the lower part of the fixing pin body (20), having a sharp shape.
