According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for fixing a floor board whose lower portion is supported on a floor surface and whose upper portion supports a baseboard which becomes a base of a floor board comprises: a lower fixing member having a contact unit coming in contact with the floor surface and having a first hollow space, and a protrusion unit extended upwards from an upper surface of an inner side of the contact unit to share the first hollow space; a height adjustment unit including a stacked unit having an insertion unit which has a second hollow space and is formed by denting a lower portion thereof to be stepped to insert the protrusion unit thereinto, and an extended unit extended upwards from an upper surface of an inner side of the stacked unit to share the second hollow space to adjust a height of the floor board; an upper holder member on which the baseboard is installed; and a fine adjustment member to lift the upper holder member by rotation to finely adjust a height of the baseboard. The fine adjustment member includes a seating unit which has a third hollow space and is formed by denting a lower portion thereof to be stepped to insert the extended unit thereinto to be seated on the extended unit. The upper holder member includes a holder unit on which the baseboard is seated and a screw unit protruding from the holder unit to be screwed and mounted in the third hollow space. The screw unit is inserted into the second hollow space based on a degree of being screwed and mounted in the third hollow space to block a position movement of the holder unit in a horizontal direction.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마루널 고정장치는, 하부는 바닥면에 지지되며, 상부는 마루널의 기초가 되는 받침목을 지지하는 마루널 고정장치에 있어서, 상기 바닥면에 접촉되고 제1 중공을 구비하는 접촉부 및 상기 제1 중공을 공유하도록 상기 접촉부의 내측 상면으로부터 상부로 연장되는 돌출부를 구비하는 하부고정부재; 제2 중공을 구비하고 상기 돌출부가 삽입되도록 단차지게 하부가 함몰되어 형성되는 삽입부를 구비하는 적층부 및 상기 제2 중공을 공유하도록 상기 적층부의 내측 상면으로부터 상부로 연장되는 연장부를 구비하여 상기 마루널의 높이를 조절하는 높이조절부재; 상기 받침목이 설치되는 상부홀더부재; 및 회전에 의해 상기 상부홀더부재가 승강되도록 하여 상기 받침목의 높이가 미세 조절되도록 하는 미세조절부재;를 포함하며, 상기 미세조절부재는, 제3 중공을 구비하며, 상기 연장부가 삽입되어 상기 연장부 상에 안착되도록 단차지게 하부가 함몰되어 형성되는 안착부를 구비하며, 상기 상부홀더부재는, 상기 받침목이 안착되는 홀더부 및 상기 홀더부로부터 돌출되어 상기 제3 중공에 나사 결합되는 나사부를 구비하고, 상기 나사부는, 상기 제3 중공에 나사 결합되는 정도에 기초하여 제2 중공에 삽입되어 상기 홀더부의 수평 방향으로의 위치 이동을 차단하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
