The present invention relates to a multi-purpose system for preventing an overflow comprising: an installment space concaved inwards on an upper side of a base installed in any one selected among an upper side of bank or an entry or base of a basement space; and a rectangular covering plate of which one side is connected to an inner side of the installment space and installed therein using a hinge, and when being installed, installed to be positioned practically in the same line with the upper side of the base, wherein the covering plate is installed to stand on the base or be housed in the installment space by a driving means, wherein a waterproofing sheet is connected to the covering plate in front of the covering plate to become one body. Thus, the present invention may be installed in a waterside park or a stream, etc., of the downtown area, and thereby at ordinary times, be used as a pavement for walking, but in case of a flood, prevent an area from being flooded. Moreover, the present invention may be installed in an entry of a basement space, an entry of a parking lot of a large building, or the like, and thereby in case of a flood, prevent an area from being flooded and foreign substances from being introduced, and when being installed in a pleasure ground, be used as a playground or a liner pool. Further, the height of the covering plate is adjustable so that a plurality of covering plates is operated by a minimal driving motor.
본 발명은 제방 상단이나 지하공간 입구 또는 기초 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나에 구비되는 베이스의 상단에 함몰되는 장착공간을 형성하고, 상기 장착공간의 내측에 일측이 힌지로서 연결되어 장착가능토록 설치되면서 장착시 베이스의 상단과 실질적으로 동일선상에 위치토록 사각형상인 가림판을 설치하며, 상기 가림판은 구동수단을 통하여 베이스에서 기립되거나 장착공간에 수납토록 설치되고, 상기 가림판의 전방에 방수시트가 일체로 연결되는 다목적 월류방지 시스템에 관한 것이다.
