THE COMPOSITION FOR CONTAMINATED SOIL REMEDIATION AND IN-SITU BIOREMEDIATION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a biological in situ purification method of contaminated soil, which purifies contaminated soil of underground by a soil cultivation method in situ by immobilizing organic contaminant degrading microorganisms on a biodegradable plastic carrier. The biological purification method has high purification efficiency, and a cost reduction effect and is environmentally friendly, by using a biodegradable plastic completely degraded in the underground as a carrier for fixing microorganisms.
본 발명은 유기오염물질 분해 미생물을 생분해성 플라스틱 담체에 고정시켜, 원위치에서 토양경작 방법으로 지중의 오염토양을 정화하는 생물학적 원위치 오염토양 정화방법에 관한 것으로, 지중에서 완전히 분해되는 생분해성 플라스틱을 미생물 고정용 담체로 이용함으로써, 높은 정화효율, 경비절감, 및 환경친화적인 생물학적 정화방법을 제공할 수 있다.
