Horizontal Road Sign
The present invention relates to a horizontal-type road sign and, more specifically, relates to a horizontal-type road sign capable of being installed even under a condition in which it is difficult to install a road sign, such as a tunnel or an underground road, to vertically stand and easily transmit information required to drive a vehicle to a driver by allowing a driver to recognize a road sign horizontally installed in a ceiling of the underground road or tunnel as the vertically standing road sign. The horizontal-type road sign comprises: a road sign having a display providing information for a distant driver, and horizontally installed to an attachment surface by a fixing unit; an extension plate arranged to be parallel to a display plate, and fixed to the attachment surface; a hinge installed between the extension plate and the display plate; and a distance control unit controlling a distance between the display plate and the attachment surface. The horizontal-type road sign is able to install a display plate in an environment in which it is difficult to install a display plate to vertically stand for a tunnel or an underground road; minimizes a free space generated when a vertical display plate is installed; reduces construction costs; and prevents a collision accident between the vehicle and an installation object by being fixated to a ceiling without a separate vertical installation object.
본 발명은 표지판에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 터널이나 지하도의 천장에 수평으로 설치한 상태에서 표지판의 표시가 수직으로 세워져 있는 형태로 운전자에게 인식되도록 하여, 터널이나 지하도 등의 표지판을 수직으로 세워 설치하기 어려운 환경에서도 설치가 가능하며, 운전자에게 차량 운행에 필요한 정보를 용이하게 전달할 수 있는 수평형 표지판에 관한 것으로, 원거리의 운전자에게 정보를 제공하는 표시가 형성되며, 부착면에 고정부를 통해 수평으로 설치되는 표지판과, 표지판 나란히 배치되어 부착면에 고정되는 연장판과, 연장판과 표지판의 사시에 설치되는 힌지와, 표지판이 부착면에서 이격되는 간격을 조절해주는 간격 조절부를 포함하여, 터널이나 지하도 등의 표지판을 수직으로 세워 설치하기 어려운 환경에서도 표지판을 설치할 수 있으며, 수직형 표지판을 설치할 때 생길 수 있는 잉여 공간을 최소화하고, 그에 따른 공사비용을 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 별도의 수직형 설치물 없이 천장에 고정되기 때문에 차량과 설치물의 충돌 사고를 예방할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
