SLOPE ADJUSTMENT BRACKET DEVICE
The present invention provides a bracket device comprising a first fixing member, a second fixing member, a bolt and a first distance adjustment part. The first fixing member includes a first vertical member and a first horizontal member and is fixated to a newly installed basic material. The second fixing member includes a second vertical member and a second horizontal member, and is fixated to an existing basic material. The bolt is connected to each of the first vertical member and the second vertical member to fixate the first fixing member and the second fixing member to the newly installed basic material and the existing basic material. The first distance adjustment part connects an end of one side of the first horizontal member with an end of one side of the second horizontal member corresponding to the end of one side of the first horizontal member. In constructing a new steel tower by developing a slope adjustment bracket device using basic material of an existing steel tower to secure a safety separation distance for a transmission line, a construction method using a new fitting differentiated from a conventional construction method is used such that a step of securing a site and obtaining a rental approval is able to be omitted; simple construction of tracks is allowed; and time and costs to construction a new temporary steel tower, and a demolishment thereof being able to remarkably be saved.
본 발명은 제1 수직부재와 제1 수평부재로 구성되어 신설 기초재에 고정되는 제1 고정부재, 제2 수직부재와 제2 수평부재로 구성되어 기설 기초재에 고정되는 제2 고정부재, 상기 제1 수직부재 및 상기 제2 수직부재에 각각 연결되어 상기 제1 고정부재와 상기 제2 고정부재를 상기 신설 및 기설 기초재에 고정시키는 볼트, 상기 제1 수평부재의 일측 끝단과, 상기 제1 수평부재의 일측 끝단에 대응되는 제2 수평부재의 일측 끝단을 연결하는 제1 거리조절부를 포함하고, 송전선로 안전이격 확보를 위하여 기존철탑의 기초재를 활용한 기울기 조정 각입장치 개발에 의한 철탑 신설에 있어서 기존의 공법과 차별화 된 새로운 금구류를 사용한 공법으로 용지확보 및 대관 인허가 단계가 생략가능하며, 선로 구성을 간단히 할 수 있고 임시 철탑의 신설 및 철거를 위한 시간과 비용을 획기적으로 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있도록 하는 것이다.
