MELTING DEVICE FOR ASPHALT
The present invention relates to an asphalt melting device capable of producing a large amount of liquefied asphalt by installing at least one electric plate with excellent heat delivery in a tank and placing solidified asphalt on the electric plate and then indirectly and rapidly melting the asphalt with indirect heating. According to the present invention, the asphalt melting device includes: a tank including an inlet to inject asphalt, and a storage part storing the asphalt injected through the inlet; a heating unit comprising a burner installed outside the tank, and a combustion chamber connected to an end of the burner and installed in the storage part; at least one electric plate assembly installed on the outer surface of the combustion chamber, and fixed with a plurality of plates to deliver heat from the heating unit to the asphalt; and a supply unit discharging the asphalt, melted by the heating unit and the electric plate assembly, out of the tank.
본 발명은 탱크 내부에 열전달이 우수한 적어도 하나 이상의 전열판조립체를 설치하고, 고체 상태의 아스팔트를 전열판조립체에 올려놓고 간접가열로 빠르게 용융시켜서 액상의 아스팔트를 대량으로 생산할 수 있는 아스팔트 용융장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 아스팔트 용융장치는, 아스팔트를 투입하는 입구와, 입구로 투입된 아스팔트를 수용하는 수용부를 구비한 탱크와; 탱크 외부에 설치된 버너와, 버너의 말단에 연결되고 수용부에 설치된 연소실로 구성된 가열수단과; 연소실 외주면에 적어도 하나 이상 장착되고, 가열수단의 열을 아스팔트로 전달하기 위해 복수의 판이 간격을 두고 고정된 전열판조립체와; 가열수단과 전열판조립체에 의해 용융된 아스팔트를 탱크 외부로 배출하는 공급수단을 포함한다.

본 발명은 탱크 내부에 열전달이 우수한 적어도 하나 이상의 전열판조립체를 설치하고, 고체 상태의 아스팔트를 전열판조립체에 올려놓고 간접가열로 빠르게 용융시켜서 액상의 아스팔트를 대량으로 생산할 수 있는 아스팔트 용융장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 아스팔트 용융장치는, 아스팔트를 투입하는 입구와, 입구로 투입된 아스팔트를 수용하는 수용부를 구비한 탱크와; 탱크 외부에 설치된 버너와, 버너의 말단에 연결되고 수용부에 설치된 연소실로 구성된 가열수단과; 연소실 외주면에 적어도 하나 이상 장착되고, 가열수단의 열을 아스팔트로 전달하기 위해 복수의 판이 간격을 두고 고정된 전열판조립체와; 가열수단과 전열판조립체에 의해 용융된 아스팔트를 탱크 외부로 배출하는 공급수단을 포함한다.
