Disclosed are a natural tile manufactured using a cornhusk and diatomite and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of a natural tile using a cornhusk and diatomite comprises the following steps of: cutting a cornhusk after boiling the cornhusk; pulverizing the boiled cornhusk after putting the boiled cornhusk and water into a mixer device; mixing the pulverized and boiled cornhusk and a diatomite particle in the mixer device; and making the mixed cornhusk and the diatomite particle in a tile type and drying the mixed cornhusk and the diatomite particle.
옥수수 껍질과 규조토를 이용하여 제조된 천연 타일 및 이의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 옥수수 껍질과 규조토를 이용한 천연 타일의 제조방법은, 옥수수 껍질을 삶은 후 절단하는 단계; 믹서 장치에 삶은 옥수수 껍질과 물을 넣은 후 삶은 옥수수 껍질을 분쇄하는 단계; 믹서 장치에서 분쇄된 삶은 옥수수 껍질과 규조토 입자를 배합하는 단계; 및 배합된 옥수수 껍질과 규조토 입자를 타일 형태로 만든 후 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
