A dust removing machine has a characteristic of improving a structure of a front screen and a rake to allow an entire area of an inner side surface of the front screen to be positioned in a rotational radius wherein the rake is revolved. The present invention improves a structure of the front screen and the rake to eliminate a dead angle area where the rake is unable to reach to a bottom end portion of the front screen; thereby improving an efficiency of removing impurities and foreign matters positioned on a lower portion of the front screen, thus preventing functional failures of various dust removing machines.
제진기는 제진기의 갈퀴형 레이크가 메인 스크린의 하부를 선회할 때, 전위 스크린의 내측면의 모든 영역이 갈퀴형 레이크가 선회하는 회전 반경 안에 위치하도록 갈퀴형 레이크와 전위 스크린의 구조를 개선하는 특징이 있다. 본 발명은 전위 스크린과 레이크의 구조를 개선하여 전위 스크린의 하단부에 레이크가 미치지 못하는 사각 영역을 없애서 전위 스크린의 하부에 위치한 협잡물 및 이물질 제거 효율을 높이고 이로 인해 다양한 제진기의 기능 장애를 방지하는 효과가 있다.
