The present invention relates to a composite building material integrally connected with a foamed glass layer. The composite building material integrally connected with the foamed glass layer integrates a foamed glass unit ( powder type block form or powder type particle form) with various performances including heat insulation and sound resistance in various building materials by directly combining (thinly coating or applying in a film form) the foamed glass unit and the various building materials. So, the composite building material integrally connected with the foamed glass layer has a basic lightweight interior and exterior material structure in building construction. The composite building material integrally connected with the foamed glass layer provides improved workability, construction productivity, reduction of construction periods, and construction safety in installation construction of building interior and exterior materials. The composite building material integrally connected with the foamed glass layer improves durability of the interior and exterior materials in accordance with improvement of compression strength and largely extends use life when the foamed glass layer is combined (on one side or on both sides) with the building material. Specifically, the composite building material integrally connected with the foamed glass layer obtains warmth and cooling keeping performance, inflammable performance, nonflammable performance, fire resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance, absorptiveness resistance, oxidation resistance, erosion resistance, heat resistance, deformation resistance, and pollution tolerant performance on the building material only by fine coating junction of the foamed glass unit. The composite building material integrally connected with the foamed glass layer has excellent energy saving effect and, therefore, can build an eco-friendly building. The composite building material integrally connected with the foamed glass layer comprises the foamed glass unit (100), the building material (200), and an adhesive (300).
본 발명은 발포유리층이 일체로 결합된 복합 건축자재에 관한 것이다. 이에 본 발명의 기술적 요지는 단열과 방음을 포함한 각종 성능형 발포유리체(분말식 블럭형 또는 분말식 입자형 등)를 다양한 건축재에 직접 접합 결합(도막 형태로 얇게 바르거나 코팅)하여 일체화하도록 함으로써, 건축 시공시 기본적인 경량 내외장재 구조를 이루도록 하는 바, 이는 건축 내외장재의 설치 시공시 개선된 작업성과 시공 생산성 및 공기 단축과 시공 안전성을 제공하도록 함은 물론 발포유리층이 건축재에 접합(단면 또는 양면)되면 사용 연한(수명)이 크게 연장되도록 하되, 압축강도 향상에 따른 내외장재의 내구성이 개선되고, 특히 발포유리체의 미세 도포(코팅) 접합만으로도 건축재에 대한 보온 보냉성과 불연성, 비가연성, 내화성, 내수 내습성, 내흡수성, 내산화성, 내침식성, 내열성, 내변형성 및 내오염성이 확보되도록 형성되며, 에너지 절감 효과가 뛰어나 친환경 건축물을 축조할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
