MORTISE LOCK OPENING BY PUSH AND PULL OF HANDLE
The present invention relates to a mortise lock including an opening/closing unit and a locking unit of a conventional mortise lock, and capable of opening a door in a new method of being pushed or pulled from any one side of both indoor and outdoor directions, and more specifically, to a mortise lock which determines opening and closing of a door depending on protrusion or retraction of a latch. The mortise lock to be pushed and pulled according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a handle configured to be pushed or pulled by a user; a rose installed on the door and coupled with the handle to be rotated; and an operation module mounted on the inside of the rose to induce the protrusion or retraction of the latch, wherein the handle is rotated by pushing or pulling the handle. The operation module includes a gear guide connected to the handle coupled with the rose, and slid in a vertical direction according to a rotation of the handle; a gear configured to be engaged with the gear guide, and rotated by sliding of the gear guide; a spindle block integrally rotated with the gear; a spindle connected to the spindle block to be rotated according to a rotation of the spindle block, and having one protrusion unit protruding outward of an outer circumferential surface; and a latch driving unit connected to the latch, being in contact with the lateral surface of the protrusion unit of the spindle, and configured to move or return in a specific direction. When the spindle is rotated to correspond to the rotation of the handle, the latch driving unit is moved in the specific direction such that the latch is retracted.
본 발명은 기존 모티스락의 개폐부와 잠금부를 포함하면서도 실내외측 양방향 어느 쪽에서나 밀거나 당기는 새로운 방식으로 문을 개방시킬 수 있는 모티스락에 관한 것이다. 래치의 돌출 또는 인입에 따라 문의 개폐가 결정되는 모티스락에 있어서, 본 발명의 일예와 관련된 밀고 당기는 모티스락은, 사용자에 의하여 밀리거나 당겨질 수 있도록 구성된 손잡이; 상기 문에 설치되고, 상기 손잡이가 회동 가능하게 결합되는 로즈; 및 상기 래치의 돌출 또는 인입을 유도하기 위하여 상기 로즈의 내측에 장착되는 조작모듈;을 포함하되, 상기 손잡이의 밀림 또는 당겨짐에 의하여 상기 손잡이가 회동되고, 상기 조작모듈은, 상기 로즈에 결합된 상기 손잡이와 연결되고, 상기 손잡이의 회동에 따라 상하로 슬라이딩되는 기어가이드; 상기 기어가이드와 맞물리도록 구성되고, 상기 기어가이드의 슬라이딩에 의하여 회전되는 기어; 상기 기어와 일체로 회전되는 스핀들 블락; 상기 스핀들 블락과 연결되어 상기 스핀들 블락의 회전에 따라 회전되고, 외주면의 외측으로 돌출 형성된 하나의 돌출부가 구비된 스핀들; 및 상기 래치와 연결되고, 상기 스핀들의 상기 돌출부의 측면에 접하며, 특정 방향으로 이동하거나 복귀하도록 구성된 래치구동부;를 더 포함하며, 상기 손잡이의 회동에 대응하여 상기 스핀들이 회전되는 경우, 상기 래치구동부가 상기 특정 방향으로 이동됨으로써 상기 래치가 인입되도록 구성된다.

The mortise lock to be pushed and pulled according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a handle configured to be pushed or pulled by a user; a rose installed on the door and coupled with the handle to be rotated; and an operation module mounted on the inside of the rose to induce the protrusion or retraction of the latch, wherein the handle is rotated by pushing or pulling the handle. The operation module includes a gear guide connected to the handle coupled with the rose, and slid in a vertical direction according to a rotation of the handle; a gear configured to be engaged with the gear guide, and rotated by sliding of the gear guide; a spindle block integrally rotated with the gear; a spindle connected to the spindle block to be rotated according to a rotation of the spindle block, and having one protrusion unit protruding outward of an outer circumferential surface; and a latch driving unit connected to the latch, being in contact with the lateral surface of the protrusion unit of the spindle, and configured to move or return in a specific direction. When the spindle is rotated to correspond to the rotation of the handle, the latch driving unit is moved in the specific direction such that the latch is retracted.
