The present invention relates to a face recognition digital door lock including: a locking device for locking and unlocking a door; a front camera for photographing an area including a face of a person intended to enter through the door; a face recognition processing unit for detecting an image of the face from the image photographed by the front camera to determine whether the image corresponds to a face registered in advance; a keypad installed to input a password; a controller for controlling the locking and unlocking of the locking device according to a face recognition determination result of the face recognition processing unit, and controlling the locking and unlocking of the locking device according to whether a password satisfying a setting condition for a time variable or an arbitrary number is inputted through the keypad when the face recognition is impossible or omitted; and a memory unit for storing the setting condition for the time variable or the arbitrary number. According to the present invention, in addition to a face recognition technology, the password satisfying the setting condition for the time variable or the arbitrary number is introduced to improve inconvenience caused by carrying or losing a key while remarkably improving security, safety and convenience is provided through access control of a user, and utility of the digital door lock is remarkably improved through implementation of various functions for enhancing the convenience of the user.
본 발명은 도어의 잠금 및 잠금 해제를 수행하는 잠금장치; 상기 도어를 통해 들어오고자 하는 사람의 얼굴이 포함된 영역을 촬영하는 프론트카메라; 상기 프론트카메라로부터 촬영된 영상으로부터 얼굴의 영상을 검출하여, 미리 등록된 얼굴에 해당하는지 판단하는 얼굴인식처리부; 비밀번호를 입력하도록 설치되는 키패드; 상기 얼굴인식처리부의 얼굴 인식 판단 결과에 따라 상기 잠금장치의 잠금 및 잠금해제를 제어하고, 상기 얼굴 인식이 불가하거나 생략될 경우, 시간변수 또는 임의의 숫자에 대한 설정조건을 만족하는 비밀번호를 상기 키패드를 통해 입력하는지 여부에 따라 상기 잠금장치의 잠금 및 잠금해제를 제어하는 제어부; 및 상기 시간변수 또는 임의의 숫자에 대한 설정조건을 저장하는 메모리부;를 포함하도록 한 얼굴 인식 디지털 도어록에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 얼굴 인식 기술과 함께, 시간변수 또는 임의의 숫자에 대한 설정조건을 만족하는 비밀번호의 도입으로 인해 키의 휴대나 분실에 따른 불편함을 개선함과 동시에 보안성을 크게 향상시키고, 사용자의 출입 관리를 통해 안전성과 편의성을 제공하며, 사용자의 편의 증진을 위한 다양한 기능의 구현을 통해 디지털 도어록의 효용성을 크게 증진시킬 수 있다.
