Removing method of sludge deposit using brush and it's apparatus
The present invention relates to a technology for providing a novel sludge removal method for covering a large area with sludge accumulated thereon and enhancing the work efficiency. The present invention applies a structure which is configured to have a brush mounted on the front surface of a sludge removal ship and brushes a large area with the brush being moved to left and right in a reciprocating motion to pump out the accumulated substances floating thereon. According to the present invention, the movable underwater sludge deposit removal apparatus, which enables a worker or a robot to execute a sludge removal operation by being stacked on the floor of a river or a lake, includes a horizontal bar installed on the front surface of the body. A brush moving means, which is selected from a group including ropes, screw bars, rails, gears, and ball screws and is installed on both ends of the horizontal bar, moves the brush cap and the brush to left and right in the reciprocating motion to brush over a large area and separate the deposited substance thereon. A discharging pipe for pumping the floating sludge is arranged in the brush cap to discharge the deposited sludge by using the pumping apparatus installed on the outside or a hull. A lynch winding a rope by a motor operation can be installed on both ends of the horizontal bar of the sludge deposit removal method while the rope of the lynch pulls the brush in the brush cap with the motor mounted thereon, thereby enabling the reciprocating motion to left and right.
본원은 오니제거 작업선의 전면에 브러쉬가 장착되는 구조를 이루되, 브러쉬가 좌.우 횡으로 왕복하며 넓은 면적을 빗질하듯이 쓸어주며 부유된 퇴적물을 펌핑해내는 구성으로 적용되어 오니퇴적물의 넓은 면적을 커버하여 작업효율을 높이는 새로운 오니 제거공법을 제공하고자 하는 기술이다. 본원은 강이나 하천, 호수의 바닥에 적층되어 있는 오니제거 작업을 사람 또는 로봇이 수행하도록 적용되는 수중 이동 오니퇴적물 제거장치에 있어서, 오니퇴적물 제거장치의 몸체 전면으로 수평바가 설치되고 수평바의 양단부에는 로프, 스크류바, 레일, 기어, 볼스크류 중에서 선택되는 부러쉬 이동수단에 의해 부러쉬캡 및 부러시가 좌.우 횡으로 왕복 이동하며 넓은 면적을 쓸어주며 퇴적물을 분리시키고 브러쉬캡 내부에는 부유된 오니물이 펌핑될 수 있는 배출관이 마련되어 선체나 바지선 또는 외부에 설치되는 펌핑장치에 의해 오니퇴적물을 배출시키는 구성을 포함하여 이루어지는 기술을 특징으로 하는 것으로, 구체적인 적용예로 상기 오니퇴적물 제거장치의 수평바 양단부에는 모터의 작동에 의해 로프가 감기는 린치가 설치되며 로프에는 모터가 장착된 브러쉬캡 내부에서 부러시가 린치의 로프가 당김에 따라 좌.우 횡으로 왕복하는 구성으로 적용될 수 있는 발명이다.
