The present invention relates to a tilting locking device of a truck cab, comprising: a latching hook fixed to a lower side of a truck cap; a tilting lever rotationally installed at the bottom of the truck cap; a hook lever disposed adjacent to the latching hook to be able to rotate in forward and backward directions, and selectively engaged with or disengaged from the latching hook by being rotated in conjunction with the tilting lever; and an operation lever installed adjacent to the tilting lever, and configured to allow a latch lever formed to gradually restrict the rotation of the tilting lever to be rotated so that the tilting lever is disengaged from the latch lever stepwise.
본 발명에서는 트럭 캡의 하측에 고정 설치된 걸림 후크; 트럭 캡의 저부에 회전 가능하도록 설치된 틸팅 레버; 상기 걸림 후크에 인접하게 위치되어 전후방향으로 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 틸팅 레버와 연동되어 회전됨으로써 상기 걸림 후크에 선택적으로 접촉 또는 이탈되는 후크 레버; 및 상기 틸팅 레버에 인접하게 설치되고, 틸팅 레버의 회전을 단계적으로 구속하도록 형성된 래치 레버가 회전되도록 함으로써 틸팅 레버가 래치 레버에서 단계를 걸쳐 록킹 해제되면 후크 레버가 걸림 후크에서 이탈되도록 하는 조작 레버;를 포함하는 트럭 캡 틸팅 잠금 장치가 소개된다.
