Formwork supporting system for beam forming a slab of the building
The objective of the present invention is attained by providing a mold supporting device to form a bam installed to reinforce a slab of a building. According to the present invention, to mold a vertical or horizontal beam installed in a protrusion manner on a bottom surface of the slab of a building to reinforce the slab in a vertical or horizontal direction; the mold supporting device supports, with a support, a main mold formed by a plurality of side plates and a bottom plate, and an auxiliary mold to mold a corner formed by being met in a crossing direction of the beams. The mold supporting device comprises: first and second combination surfaces in contact with the side plates and the bottom plate of the main mold in a sill rest manner, and formed along a longitudinal direction of the beam; and a timber forming a tubular shape in the bottom of the second combination surface to be extended over a total length of the second combination surface including a base part from which the top of the support is supported. As such, a rest structure is simplified; thereby reducing material expenses, and enhance constructability and stability.
본 발명은 건축물의 슬래브 보강을 위하여 구비되는 보 성형을 위한 거푸집 받침장치를 제공함에 의해 달성되게 되는데, 이 거푸집 받침장치는 건축물의 슬래브 저면에 가로 또는 세로방향에서 보강을 위해 돌출방식으로 구비되는 가로보 또는 세로보의 성형을 위해 한 쌍의 측판들과 바닥판으로 이루는 주 거푸집과 보들의 교차방향에서 만나 이루는 모서리 성형을 위한 보조 거푸집을 서포트로 떠받쳐 주는 건축물의 보 성형을 위한 거푸집 받침장치로서, 주 거푸집의 측판과 바닥판들이 턱 받침방식으로 접하며 보의 길이방향을 따라 구비되는 제1 및 제2결합면들과 제2결합면의 하단에서 관 형상으로 이루어 제2결합면 전장길이에 걸쳐서 연이어지고 서포트의 상단이 받쳐지는 기저부로 이룬 팀버를 갖추어서, 받침구조를 간소화하여 자재비 절감과 시공성 및 안정성을 향상시키게 된다.
