The present invention relates to a panel fixating device including supporting frames wherein a rail groove and a guide bar are formed in a longitudinal upper part; movable fixating clips joined to top surfaces of the supporting frames and connecting multiple panels arranged in a direction intersecting with the top surfaces of the supporting frames; and finish fixating clips joined and fixated to both longitudinal ends of the supporting frames. The movable fixating clip includes upper and lower plates wherein a fitting protrusion unit fitted into a groove formed in a lateral surface of the panel and a guide groove fitted into top surfaces and bottom surfaces of the guide bar of the supporting frame to be able to slide are formed. The lower plate is smaller than the upper plate. A width of the lower plate is identical to that of the rail groove or smaller than that of the rail groove. The lower plate is able to linearly move in a vertical direction along the rail groove, thus the movable fixating clip is attached to or separated from the supporting frame depending on a direction of rotating the fitting protrusion unit or the upper plate after coupling the lower plate to the rail groove. Accordingly, the panel fixating device is capable of preventing inconvenience of always inserting the movable fixating clip from one end of the supporting frame, thereby remarkably improving the efficiency of installing and dismantling the panels and obtaining an effect of remarkably reducing working time and labor costs.
본 발명은 패널 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 길이방향 상부에 레일홈과 가이드바를 형성한 지지틀; 상기 지지틀의 상부에 결합되며 상기 지지틀 상부에 교차하는 방향으로 배치되는 복수의 패널을 상호 결속시키는 이동 고정 클립; 상기 지지틀의 길이방향 양측 단부에 고정설치되는 마감 고정 클럽; 상기 이동 고정 클럽은 상기 패널의 측면에 형성되는 홈에 끼워지는 끼움돌기부와, 상기 지지틀의 가이드바의 상면과 하면에 대하여 슬라이딩 가능하게 끼워지는 가이드홈을 형성한 상판 및 하판을 포함하되, 상기 하판은 상판보다 크기가 작은 구조인 상기 레일홈의 넓이와 동일하거나 작은 형태로써 상기 하판이 상기 레일홈에 대해 상하방향으로 직선이동이 가능하므로 상기 하판을 레일홈에 결합시킨 후 상기 끼움돌기부 또는 상판을 회전시키는 방향에 따라 상기 이동 고정 클립이 상기 지지틀로부터 탈부착이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 상기 이동 고정 클립을 항상 상기 지지틀의 일단으로부터 진입시켜야하는 번거롭고 불편한 작업을 해소할 수 있어 그에 따른 패널의 설치 및 해체 작업 효율성을 크게 향상킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 작업시간 및 인건비용을 효율적으로 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 패널 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 길이방향 상부에 레일홈과 가이드바를 형성한 지지틀; 상기 지지틀의 상부에 결합되며 상기 지지틀 상부에 교차하는 방향으로 배치되는 복수의 패널을 상호 결속시키는 이동 고정 클립; 상기 지지틀의 길이방향 양측 단부에 고정설치되는 마감 고정 클럽; 상기 이동 고정 클럽은 상기 패널의 측면에 형성되는 홈에 끼워지는 끼움돌기부와, 상기 지지틀의 가이드바의 상면과 하면에 대하여 슬라이딩 가능하게 끼워지는 가이드홈을 형성한 상판 및 하판을 포함하되, 상기 하판은 상판보다 크기가 작은 구조인 상기 레일홈의 넓이와 동일하거나 작은 형태로써 상기 하판이 상기 레일홈에 대해 상하방향으로 직선이동이 가능하므로 상기 하판을 레일홈에 결합시킨 후 상기 끼움돌기부 또는 상판을 회전시키는 방향에 따라 상기 이동 고정 클립이 상기 지지틀로부터 탈부착이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 상기 이동 고정 클립을 항상 상기 지지틀의 일단으로부터 진입시켜야하는 번거롭고 불편한 작업을 해소할 수 있어 그에 따른 패널의 설치 및 해체 작업 효율성을 크게 향상킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 작업시간 및 인건비용을 효율적으로 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
