Fastening device for lining board and linig board structure by the same
The present invention relates to a lining board combination device and a lining board structure capable of conveniently and safely combining a lining board with a girder by combining the lining board with the girder from the upper part of the lining board. The lining board combination device comprises: a guide pipe inserted into a combination hole vertically penetrating the lining board, having the shape of a vertically open pipe, and including a hanging step used to hang a fixing nut on the upper part; a combination shaft comprising inserted into the guide pipe to be able to be vertically moved, and including a rod-shaped body part with a screw thread formed on the upper outer surface, and a fixing unit combined with the lower part of the body part and elongated in one direction to support the lower part of an upper flange of the girder placed in the lower part of the lining board; and the fixing nut combined with the upper part of the body part of the combination shaft and stored in the upper part of the guide pipe to be supported by the hanging step.
본 발명은 복공판 상부에서 복공판을 거더에 결합함으로써, 복공판을 간편하고 안전하게 거더에 결합할 수 있는 복공판 체결장치 및 이에 의한 복공판 구조물에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 복공판 체결장치는 복공판에 수직으로 관통 형성된 체결공에 삽입 고정되는 것으로 상하가 개방된 관 형상이고, 상부에 고정너트가 수납되어 걸리는 걸림턱이 형성된 가이드관; 상기 가이드관 내부에 상하 이동 가능하게 삽입되는 것으로, 상부 외주면에 나사산이 형성된 봉 형상의 몸체부 및 상기 몸체부 하단에 결합되는 것으로 일방향으로 길게 형성되어 복공판 하부에 위치하는 거더의 상부플랜지 하단을 지지하는 고정쇠로 구성되는 체결샤프트; 및 상기 체결샤프트의 몸체부 상부에 결합되는 것으로 상기 가이드관의 상부에 수납되어 걸림턱에 지지되는 상기 고정너트; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
