According to the present invention, an apparatus for coupling a shank and a tooth of a vibration ripper comprises: a shank installed on a vibration body of a vibration ripper and having a first coupling hole formed on an end thereof; a tooth allows insertion of the end of the shank, and having a second coupling hole and a third coupling hole, which is formed on a side corresponding to the first coupling hole; a first member having a first guide part inserted into one side of the first coupling hole and a first tapered part inserted into the second coupling hole; a second member having a second guide part inserted into the other side of the first coupling hole and a second tapered part inserted into the third coupling hole; and an elastic member installed between the first member and the second member and allowing the first member and the second member to be elastically biased toward the second coupling hole and the third coupling hole formed on the tooth to allow the first tapered part and the second tapered part to be in close contact with the second coupling hole and the third coupling hole. The apparatus for coupling a shank and a tooth, which has a structure described above, supports the tooth with respect to the shank in such a manner that the first tapered part and the second tapered part are in close contact with the edges of the second coupling hole and the third coupling hole even when vibration is generated by a vibration body of the vibration ripper, thereby preventing noise generation.
본 발명의 진동리퍼의 샹크와 투스 체결장치는 진동리퍼의 진동체에 설치되며 단부에 제1결합공이 형성된 샹크와, 상기 샹크의 단부가 삽입되며, 상기 제1결합공과 대응되는 측에 제 2,3결합공이 형성된 투스와, 상기 제1결합공의 일측에 삽입되는 제1가이드부와 상기 제 2결합공에 삽입되는 제 1테이퍼부를 가지는 제1부재와, 상기 제1결합공에 타측에 삽입되는 제2가이드부와 상기 제 3결합공에 삽입되는 제 2테이퍼부를 가지는 제2부재와, 상기 제 1,2부재의 사이에 설치되어 상기 제1,2부재를 상기 투스에 형성된 제 2,3결합공 측으로 탄성바이어스시켜 상기 제1,2테이퍼부가 상기 제2,3결합공에 밀착될 수 있도록 하는 탄성부재를 구비하며, 상술한 바와 같이 구성된 샹크와 투스 체결장치는 진동리퍼의 진동체에 의해 진동이 발생되어도 제1,2테이퍼부가 제2,3결합공의 가장자리에 밀착되어 샹크에 대해 투스를 지지하고 있으므로 소음이 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
