The present invention relates to a stain preventing device for a rooftop rail, installed on a rail of a rooftop, so as to prevent rainwater from flowing down along an outer wall of a building. According to the present invention, the device comprises: an outer body having an outer locking groove and protrusion on one end, and having a flat bottom to be attached to the upper surface of the rooftop rail and be extended outside of the rail; a rainwater guide part bent downwards at the end of the outer body to be integrally formed, and having a convex central part protruding to assign directivity to the rainwater when the rainwater is dropped in order to make the rainwater separated from the outer wall of the building; a rail-outer wall attachment member bent downwards at right angles in a position spaced apart from the outmost side of the outer body by 30 to 50 mm to be attached to the outer wall of the rail; a deformation prevention member integrally formed between the rainwater guide part and the rail-outer wall attachment member to prevent deformation of the rainwater guide part and the rail-outer wall attachment member even if an external force is applied; an inner body assembled by being engaged with the outer body, having an inner locking groove and protrusion engaged with the outer locking groove and protrusion of the outer body at one end, having a flat bottom to be attached to the upper surface of the rail; and a rainwater guard formed at the end of the inner body, and having a round shape with a width of 30 to 50 mm and a height of 20 to 30 mm to prevent the rainwater dropped on the outer or inner body from flowing inside and to make the rainwater flowing down only the outside.

건물 옥상의 난간에 설치되어 빗물이 건물 외벽을 타고 흐르지 않도록 하는 옥상용 얼룩방지장치에 있어서, 일단에는 외측걸림홈과 외측걸림돌기가 형성되고, 바닥이 평평하여 옥상의 난간 상면에 밀착되며 난간의 외측으로 연장되는 외측몸체, 상기 외측몸체 끝에 하향되어 일체로 형성되고, 빗물이 떨어질 때 건물 외벽에서 멀어지도록 방향성을 부여하도록 가운데 부분이 볼록하게 돌출되어 형성되는 빗물안내부, 상기 외측몸체의 가장 외측에서 30 ~ 50mm 내측에 난간 외벽에 밀착되도록 직각으로 하향되어 형성되는 난간외벽밀착부재, 상기 빗물안내부와 상기 난간외벽밀착부재 사이에 일체로 형성되어 외력이 가해져도 상기 빗물안내부와 상기 난간외벽밀착부재의 변형을 방지하는 변형방지부재, 상기 외측몸체와 맞물려 조립되고, 일단에는 외측몸체의 외측걸림홈과 외측걸림돌기에 맞물리는 내측걸림홈과 내측걸림돌기가 형성되며, 바닥이 평평하여 옥상의 난간 상면에 밀착되며 난간의 내측으로 연장되는 내측몸체, 상기 내측몸체의 끝에 형성되고, 30 ~ 50mm의 폭을 가지면서 높이가 20 ~ 30mm 이며 둥그럽게 형성되어 상기 외측몸체나 내측몸체에 떨어진 빗물이 내측으로 흐르는 것을 차단되고 외측으로만 흐를수 있도록 하는 빗물막이를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 옥상 난간용 얼룩방지장치에 관한 것이다.
