The present invention relates to an apparatus for opening and closing a sliding window. The apparatus for opening and closing a sliding window has a rail latch part mounted on an inner window frame and inserted and mounted on a guide rail mounted on an inner side of an outer window to restrict opening of an inner window. A front panel having a guide groove on a front surface of a rear panel is mounted on the guide rail. A closing unit is formed on one side of the guide groove, and an opening unit is formed on the other side of the guide groove. A stopping protrusion is formed on the opening unit. A hinge part having a hinge hole on one side of a bracket is formed on the rail latch part to be vertically separated. A stopping part is inserted into the hinge part to be rotated by a hinge pin. A stopping rib vertically protrudes from one end of a stopping part body of the stopping part, and a pushing knob is disposed on the other end. A coil spring is disposed in the stopping part body to allow the stopping rib to maintain a form of being pressed towards a front surface of the guide rail at all times. Therefore, a plastic sheet inserted between an outer window frame and an inner window frame is stopped by the stopping protrusion and cannot be further inserted to prevent the stopping part from being separated from the guide groove of the guide rail to prevent a sliding window from opening.

본 발명은 미닫이 창문의 개폐장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 본 발명은 외측창의 내측으로 결합된 가이드레일에 내측 창틀에 결합된 레일걸림구가 끼움결합되어 내측창의 열림이 구속되는 미닫이 창문의 개폐장치에 있어서, 상기 가이드레일은 리어패널의 전면에 가이드홈을 갖는 전면패널이 결합되고, 상기 가이드홈은 일측에 닫힘부가 형성되며, 타측에 개방부가 형성되되, 상기 개방부에 걸림턱이 형성되고, 상기 레일걸림구는 브라켓의 일측에 힌지홀을 갖는 힌지편이 상하로 이격되게 형성되고, 상기 힌지편 사이로 걸림편이 삽입되어 힌지핀으로 회동 가능하게 구비되고, 상기 걸림편은 걸림편몸체의 일측단부에 걸림리브가 상하부로 돌출되게 형성되며, 타측단부에 푸싱노브가 구비되고, 상기 걸림편몸체은 내부에 코일스프링이 구비되어 걸림리브가 항상 가이드레일의 전면을 향하여 눌려지는 형태가 유지됨을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 외측창틀과 내측창틀 사이로 삽입된 책받침이 걸림턱에 의하여 걸려져 더 이상 삽입이 이루어지지 못함에 따라 걸림편이 가이드레일의 가이드홈으로부터 분리되는 것을 막아 미닫이 창문이 열리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
