Mat for mountain path using rice straw and the manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a mat for a mountain path using rice straws and, more specifically, relates to a mat suitable for a purpose of paving a trail or a mountain path using an environmentally friendly material having excellent adhesiveness to soil and excellent elasticity. According to the present invention, the mat for the mountain path using rice straws comprises: a lower mat formed by weaving a rope after the rope is obtained as red clay rice straws wherein the rice straws impregnated in red clay slurry are coherent; a chaff red clay slurry coating layer in which chaff red clay slurry where chaffs and the red clay mixed is applied onto a lower mat; and an upper mat in which the mat, wherein the mat is formed as the rope is woven and the rope is obtained as the red clay rice straws in which the rice straws are impregnated in the red clay slurry are coherent, is installed in the chaff red clay slurry coating layer. The rice straws are dried by being dipped in salt water to prevent from being putrefied.
본 발명은 볏짚을 이용한 산길용 매트에 관한 것으로서, 보다 친환경적인 재료를 사용하며, 토양과의 부착성과 탄성이 우수하여 산책로나 등산로를 포장하는 용도에 적합한 매트에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 볏짚을 이용한 산길용 매트에 있어서, 볏짚에 황토슬러리를 함침시킨 황토볏짚을 합착하여 로프를 얻고 이를 이용하여 제직하여 만든 하부 매트; 왕겨와 황토를 혼합한 왕겨황토슬러리를 상기 하부 매트 위로 도포한 왕겨황토슬러리 포설층; 볏짚에 황토슬러리를 함침시킨 황토볏짚을 합착하여 로프를 얻고 이를 이용하여 제직하여 만든 매트가 상기 왕겨황토슬러리 포설층 위로 구비되는 상부 매트;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 볏짚은 소금물에 침지하여 건조함으로써 방부처리된 볏짚인 것을 특징으로 하는 산길용 매트이다.
