The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pile for constructing a temporary retaining wall comprising: an H-shaped steel pile; a double-layered vinyl covering the H-shaped steel pile; a foamed synthetic resin fitted into grooves on both sides of the H-shaped steel pile; a pair of covers covering the foamed synthetic resin to protect the resin; and a coupling means coupling the covers. The pile for constructing a temporary retaining wall is capable of preventing a cement liquid falling from placed concrete from being stuck to the surface of the pile by covering an outer part of the pile (H-shaped steel pile) with the double-layered vinyl, thereby facilitating the drawing of the pile. In addition, the pile for constructing a temporary retaining wall allows the double-layered vinyl to adhere to the surface of the H-shaped steel pile by attaching the foamed synthetic resins, particularly, Styrofoam, which is fragile but having considerable resistance to a pressure applied from the outside to both grooves of the H-shaped steel pile, thereby preventing the cement liquid from permeating into the surface of the pile. In addition, the placed concrete functions to bear the pressure applied to the surface of the pile, and the Styrofoam with a low density holds the pile in case of the drawing of the pile at the same time, thus the pile for constructing a temporary retaining wall obtains an effect of facilitating the drawing of the pile.
본 발명은 H형강과, 상기 H형강을 감싸는 두겹의 비닐지와, 상기 H형강의 양쪽 오목홈에 끼워지는 발포합성수지와, 상기 발포합성수지를 감싸서 보호하기 위한 한쌍의 커버와, 상기 커버를 결속하기 위한 결속수단으로 구성되는 가설 흙막이 벽 시공용 말뚝을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 말뚝(H형강)의 외측을 두겹 비닐지로 감싸도록 함으로써 타설 콘크리트의 시멘트물이 말뚝의 표면에 들러붙는 것은 차단함으로써 말뚝의 인발을 용이하게 하고, 또 상기 H형강의 양쪽 오목홈에 취약하면서도 외부로 부터 가해지는 얍력에는 상당한 저항력을 갖는 발포합성수지, 특히 스티로폼을 덧댐으로써 두겹 비닐지를 H형강의 표면에 밀착시켜 시멘트물이 말뚝의 표면으로 침투하는 것을 방지하고, 또 타설콘크리트가 말뚝의 표면 외측에 가하는 압력을 버텨주는 기능을 함과 동시에 말뚝의 인발시에 밀도가 낮은 스티로폼이 말뚝을 잡고 있는 구조가 되어 말뚝의 인발이 용이해지는 효과를 갖는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
