CONCRETE LONG SLEEPER BLOCK OF FAST-HARDENING TRACK FOR IMPROVING RAIL TRACK CONSIDERING TRAIN OPERATION AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR THE SAME
Provided are a concrete long-sleeper block for a fast-hardening track to improve a railway track with consideration for a train service, and a construction method thereof. To improve the railway track on a gravel roadbed within a train suspension time in consideration of the train service, the constructing method is capable of forming a concrete panel by injecting fast-hardening non-shrinkage mortar after installing the concrete long-sleeper block; thereby forming the concrete long-sleeper block for a fast-hardening track. Accordingly, the suspension of the train service is able to be minimized by promoting a reduction for a roadbed construction time and the rapidity of the maintenance of the roadbed. In addition, the construction method is capable of reducing the amount of the fast-hardening non-shrinkage mortar by densely arranging the concrete long-sleepers, improving a resistance to a vertical load of a railway vehicle, preventing deformation and distortion of the concrete long-sleeper, securing operational safety even though a plurality of concrete long-sleepers are densely arranged, and saving and reducing construction costs and construction time of the fast-hardening track.
열차 운행을 고려하여 열차 차단시간 내에 자갈도상 궤도를 개량할 수 있도록 콘크리트 장침목 블록을 설치한 후에 급속경화 무수축 모르타르를 주입하여 콘크리트 패널을 형성함으로써 급속경화궤도용 콘크리트 장침목 블록을 형성할 수 있고, 이에 따라 도상의 시공시간 단축과 도상의 유지보수의 신속성을 도모하여 열차의 운행 중단을 최소화할 수 있고, 또한, 콘크리트 장침목을 촘촘하게 배치함으로써 급속경화 무수축 모르타르의 사용량을 줄이면서도 열차의 수직하중에 대항하는 저항력을 증가시킬 수 있고, 콘크리트 장침목의 변형이나 뒤틀림을 방지할 수 있으며, 또한, 복수개의 콘크리트 장침목을 촘촘하게 배치하더라도 주행 안정성을 확보할 수 있고, 급속경화궤도의 시공비용과 시공시간을 절감 및 단축할 수 있는, 열차 운행을 고려하여 철도궤도를 개량하기 위한 급속경화궤도용 콘크리트 장침목 블록 및 그 시공 방법이 제공된다.
