The present invention relates to a production method of a foam-ceramic heat dissipation material, comprising cellulose carbonized particles. The production method comprises the steps of: forming slurry by mixing cellulose or carbonized particles of a cellulose-containing material, ceramic powder, silicate, and water; adding a foaming agent to the slurry and foaming the slurry; and drying the foamed slurry.
