According to the present invention, a grating enables an edge portion of a metal plate to be perpendicularly bent to be a support unit and has a plurality of drains formed inside an edge. A plurality of grating components are coupled through a non-welding method or a welding method, so that the grating can be easily made to have various areas and various shapes. Moreover, the grating can be manufactured through the non-welding method without having a bearing bar and a cross bar of the existing grating, so that a grating manufacturing process is simple and has improved productivity.
본 발명에 따른 그레이팅은 금속 판재의 테두리 부분이 수직으로 벤딩되어 지지부가 되고 테두리 내측에 다수 개의 배수구가 형성된 구조를 가지며, 다수 개의 그레이팅 구성품이 비용접 방식 또는 용접 방식으로 결합되어 이루어지므로 다양한 넓이와 형상으로 쉽게 만들어질 수 있고, 기존 그레이팅의 베어링 바와 크로스 바를 갖지 않고 비용접 방식으로도 제조될 수 있으므로 그레이팅 제조 공정이 단순하고 생산성이 높다는 특징을 갖는다.

본 발명에 따른 그레이팅은 금속 판재의 테두리 부분이 수직으로 벤딩되어 지지부가 되고 테두리 내측에 다수 개의 배수구가 형성된 구조를 가지며, 다수 개의 그레이팅 구성품이 비용접 방식 또는 용접 방식으로 결합되어 이루어지므로 다양한 넓이와 형상으로 쉽게 만들어질 수 있고, 기존 그레이팅의 베어링 바와 크로스 바를 갖지 않고 비용접 방식으로도 제조될 수 있으므로 그레이팅 제조 공정이 단순하고 생산성이 높다는 특징을 갖는다.
