A method for manufacturing a ferrite sheet comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a stacked ferrite sheet molded body having gas discharge passages between ferrite sheet molded bodies; and (2) sintering the stacked ferrite sheet molded body. To this end, productivity can be increased while manufacturing costs can be reduced. The gas, generated during combustion of a binder, can be discharged by using a gas discharge passage between bumps repeatedly formed in one direction, so wrinkles around a ferrite sheet can be prevented. Also, durability and reliability of electromagnetic shielding products applied with the ferrite sheet can be improved so the ferrite sheet can be applied in various electronic products.

본 발명에 따른 페라이트 시트의 제조방법은 (1) 페라이트 시트 성형체 사이사이에 가스 배출통로를 구비한 적층된 페라이트 시트 성형체를 준비하는 단계 및 (2) 상기 적층된 페라이트 시트 성형체를 소결하는 단계를 포함하여 수행된다. 이에 의하면, 생산성을 증대시키고, 제조 비용을 절감함은 물론 일 방향으로 반복되는 요철 사이의 가스 배출통로를 이용하여 바인더 연소 시 발생하는 가스가 배출될 수 있어, 페라이트 시트 주변부에 주름 또는 움 현상이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 또한 상기 페라이트 시트가 적용된 전자파 차폐재의 제품의 내구성 및 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있어 다양한 전자제품으로의 응용이 가능하다.
