The present invention relates to a strength-reinforced fire door. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a strength-reinforced fire door enabling strength reinforcement without installation of an inner frame between frames, capable of being manufactured by a simple manufacturing process, saving expenses for raw materials, and coupled with a hinge of which durability is not decreased even though the hinge is used for a long time or the hinge is heated in case of fire. The strength-reinforced fire door includes: a front plate forming first reinforcement units by bending upper and lower parts and first reinforcement pieces by horizontally bending one side of the first reinforcement units; a rear plate coupling the first reinforcement pieces and second reinforcement pieces to be overlapped by forming the second reinforcement pieces by horizontally bending one side of the second reinforcement units; and the hinge coupled into a hinge slot formed in one surface of a part where the front plate and the rear plate are coupled. The hinge is bent into a horizontal surface and a vertical surface. A hinge shaft hole is formed in the horizontal surface, and a coupling hole is formed in the vertical surface. Accordingly, the hinge is screw-coupled to the hinge slot.
본 발명은 강도가 보강된 방화문에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은, 판재 사이의 이너프레임을 설치하지 않더라도 강도 보강이 가능함과 아울러 제조공정도 간단하고, 자재 비용도 절감되며, 장기간 경과시나 화재에 의한 고온의 영향을 받더라도 내구성이 저하되지 않는 힌지가 결합되어진 강도가 보강된 방화문을 제공함에 있다. 이는 상하면을 절곡하여 제1보강부를 형성하고, 상기 제1보강부 일측을 수평으로 절곡하여 제1보강편을 형성시킨 전면판체와, 상하면을 절곡하여 제2보강부를 형성하고, 상기 제2보강부 일측을 수평으로 절곡하여 제2보강편을 형성시켜 상기 제1보강편과 제2보강편을 겹치도록 결합시키는 후면판체와, 상기 전면판체 및 후면판체가 결합되어어진 상,하면의 일측에 형성된 힌지슬롯에 결합된 힌지를 포함하고, 상기 힌지는 수평면과 수직면으로 절곡되어지고, 상기 수평면에 힌지축공이 형성되며, 상기 수직면에 결합공이 형성되어 상기 힌지슬롯에 나사 결합되도록 하는 것이다.
