Natural interior materials with natural mineral substances and their Compositions and manufacturing methods
The present invention provides a composition of natural interior decoration material containing a natural mineral substance, made by the following steps: mixing fine powder made by pulverizing one or several among illite, kaolinite, red clay, mica, pozzolan, raw ore, clay and vermiculite based mineral substance, which are natural substances, with 100-1000 mesh, natural pulp or natural fiber and water at the weight ratio of 1-3 : 1-3 : 3-15; and additively mixing 1-5 g of a binder, 1-5 g of an expansion admixture, 5-30 g of a flame retarding material, 0.1-5 g of a softening material, and 1.0-10.0 g of calcium complex or zinc complex of one or more oils selected from a group of a tee tree oil, a castor oil and a linseed oil based on 100 g of the natural pulp or the natural fiber, wherein the natural mineral materials are contained in the natural pulp or the natural fiber. The present invention can protect a human body from harmful materials, and enhance antibiotic property by emission of far-infrared rays and negative ions.
본 발명은 천연 광물질인 일라이트, 고령토, 황토, 운모석, 포졸란, 생광석, 점토, 질석 계열의 광물질 중 어느 하나 또는 복수 개를 100~1,000 메쉬(mesh)로 분말화한 미세분말과 천연펄프 또는 천연섬유와 물의 중량비를 1~3 : 1~3 : 3~15의 비율로 혼합한 후, 천연펄프 또는 천연섬유 100g 기준 당 바인더재 1~5g, 팽창재 1~5g, 난연재 5~30g, 유연재 0.1~5g 및 티트리 오일, 피마자 오일 및 아마씨 오일로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 한 종 이상의 오일의 칼슘 착체 또는 아연 착체 1.0~10.0g이 첨가 혼합하는 공정으로 이루어진 천연펄프 또는 천연섬유에 천연 광물질이 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 광물질이 함유된 천연 건축내장재의 조성물을 그 구성적 특징으로 한다.
