PACKER TYPE NAILING APPARTUS AND REINFORCEMENT METHOD FOR GROUND SLOPE USING THEREOF
A soil nailing device according to the present invention comprises: a nail (100) which is inserted into a perforated hole (10) formed in the ground (1); a fixing portion (200) which is installed in an opening portion of the perforated hole (10) to fixate the nail (100) to the perforated hole (10); a grouting pocket (400) which is installed to accommodate the nail (100) to come in close contact with the inner surface of the perforated hole (10) to be expanded by injecting a grout (A) inwards, and is closed by a packing portion (300) formed in the fixing portion (200); a grouting hose (500) which is installed to penetrate the fixing portion (200) and the packing portion (300) to fill grout into the grouting pocking (400); an air hose (600) which is coupled by penetrating the fixing portion (200) and the packing portion (300) to discharge air in the grouting pocket (400) at the time of filling the grout (A). The soil nailing device including a grouting pocket can stably fix a nail without leakage of grouting even in a perforated hole with a crack and void. In addition, the soil nailing device according to the present invention can fill mortar into a perforated hole without void through secondary mortar filling after primary mortar filling by adding a process of re-injecting grouting.
본 발명의 소일네일링 장치는 지반(1)에 형성된 천공홀(10)에 삽입되는 네일(100); 네일(100)을 천공홀(10)에 정착시키기 위해 천공홀(10)의 개구부에 설치되는 고정부(200); 내측으로 그라우트(A)를 주입하여 천공홀(10)의 내면부에 밀착되어 팽창하도록 네일(100)을 수용하여 설치되고, 고정부(200)의 내측에 형성된 패킹부(300)에 의해 밀폐되는 그라우팅주머니(400); 그라우팅주머니(400) 내부에 그라우트를 충전하기 위해 고정부(200)와 패킹부(300)를 관통하여 설치되는 그라우팅호스(500); 그라우트(A) 충전시 그라우팅주머니(400) 내부의 공기가 분출되도록, 고정부(200)와 패킹부(300)를 관통하여 결합된 에어호스(600);를 포함한다. 그라우팅주머니가 형성된 소일네일링 장치는 균열 및 공극이 발생된 천공홀에도 그라우팅의 누수 없이 안정적으로 네일을 고정할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명의 소일네일링 장치는 그라우팅을 재주입하는 공정을 추가하여 1차 몰탈의 충진 후 2차 몰탈충진을 통해 천공홀 내에 몰탈을 공극 없이 충전할 수 있다.
