Waterproofing composition comprising carbon fiber and water-swelling aggregate and prepararing method thereof
The present invention relates to a new functional waterproof material. The material is reformed or combined to have common use with reformed asphalt while at the same time a water swelling organic/inorganic capsule to maintain a water swelling property of organic/inorganic materials is not removed by leaked water even if the waterproof material is damaged (tore or cracked). Water permeates an interlayer exposed through a crack of the water swelling organic/inorganic capsule or the surface of the water swelling organic/inorganic capsule, and then, water swelling organic/inorganic particles in the capsule are swollen, and thus, the damaged waterproof material is repaired by itself. As such, the present invention is capable of contributing to lightening a building and improving a matter property of a waterproof material, and brining benefits to a waterproof industry by providing a high functional hybrid waterproof material made by filling the functional waterproof material with an eco-friendly hybrid filler.
본 발명은 개질아스팔트와 상용성이 있도록 표면개질되거나 결합되고 동시에 캡슐 안 유/무기 재료의 수팽윤성을 유지하게 하는 수팽윤성 유/무기 캡슐이 방수재에 손상(잔갈림 및 찢김 등)이 발생 시 누수에 쓸려나가지 않고 크랙으로 갈라진 수팽윤성 유/무기 캡슐 사이 또는 수팽윤성 유/무기 캡슐 표면에 노출된 층간(inter-layer)으로 물이 침투하고 캡슐 내부의 수팽윤성 유/무기 입자가 수팽창하여 손상된 방수재가 자가보수(self-repair)되는 신규한 기능성 방수소재에 관한 것으로 본 발명에 따르면 방수재의 경량화를 통한 건축물 경량화 및 방수재의 물성 제고에 기여하고 환경친화적인 하이브리드 충진재를 상기 기능성 방수소재에 충진한 고기능성 하이브리드 방수재와 그 제조방법을 제공하여 방수산업상 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
