SYSTEM FOR DOCUMENT SHREDDING
A system for shredding documents comprises: a document box comprising an outlet, a cover opening and closing the outlet and a locking device of the cover and storing documents to be shred; a shredder finely cutting the documents to be shred; and a transfer device arranged on an upper part of the shredder and including a transfer means which transfers the document box to the upper part of the shredder and transfers the document box in which the documents are discharged from the outlet of the document box to the outside and a proximity information providing means providing information regarding a state that the document box arrives to the upper part of the shredder to the locking device. The document box has the outlet and the cover under the transfer device. The locking device, if the document box arrives to the upper part of the shredder, receives information regarding a state that the document box arrives to the upper part of the shredder and releases the locking state of the cover.
본 발명의 문서 파쇄 시스템은 문서의 유출구, 이 유출구를 개폐하는 덮개 및 이 덮개의 시건 장치를 포함하고, 파쇄하고자 하는 문서를 보관하는 문서 박스; 파쇄하고자 하는 문서를 세절하는 파쇄기; 및 이 파쇄기의 상부에 배치되고, 문서 박스를 파쇄기의 상부로 이송하여 문서 박스의 유출구로부터 문서가 배출된 문서 박스를 외부로 이송하는 이송 수단 및 문서 박스가 파쇄기의 상부에 도달한 상태에 관한 정보를 시건 장치에 제공하는 근접 정보 제공 수단을 포함하고, 문서 박스는 이송 장치에서 유출구 및 덮개가 아래쪽으로 배치되고, 시건 장치는 문서 박스가 파쇄기의 상부에 도달하면 근접 정보 제공 수단으로부터 문서 박스가 파쇄기의 상부에 도달한 상태에 관한 정보를 수신하여 덮개의 폐쇄 상태를 해제하는 것이다.
