Disclosed is an insulation apparatus for a reinforcing bar of a concrete railroad, which easily enables gathering and insulation of reinforcing bars installed on the concrete railroad. The insulation apparatus comprises: a first body portion having a holder portion covering the outer circumference of a first reinforcing bar disposed in one direction at the center thereof, having a latching step at the outer surface on one side thereof, and having a binding portion of a certain length fixed at the other side thereof; and a second body portion having a holder portion covering the outer circumference of a second reinforcing bar disposed in a different direction from the first reinforcing bar at the center thereof, having a groove-shaped fastening portion fastened with the binding portion at a lower surface thereof, wherein the binding portion is fitted and coupled to the fastening portion after transferring the latching step so as to bind the first and second reinforcing bars.
콘크리트 도상에 설치되는 철근간의 절연 및 철근 묶음을 용이하게 하도록 하는 콘크리트 도상의 철근 절연 장치를 제시한다. 제시된 철근 절연 장치는 중앙에 일방향으로 배치되는 제 1 철근의 외주를 감싸는 홀더부가 형성되고 일측 외면에 걸림턱이 형성되고 타측에 일정 길이의 묶음부가 고정되게 설치된 제 1 몸체부, 및 중앙에 제 1 철근과는 다른 방향으로 배치되는 제 2 철근의 외주를 감싸는 홀더부가 형성되고 저면에 묶음부와 체결되는 홈 형상의 체결부가 형성된 제 2 몸체부를 포함한다. 묶음부는 걸림턱을 경유하여 체결부에 끼움결합되어 제 1 철근과 제 2 철근을 묶는다.
