The present invention relates to a flexible unit for repairing a crack part of a concrete structure, and to a method for repairing a crack part by using a flexible unit. When a leakage caused by a crack occurring on a rooftop floor or a wall surface of a concrete building is repaired, repairing can be conveniently and rapidly performed even without digging surrounding concrete of a cracked part. Thus, human and material resources can be remarkably saved, and at the same time a gap of a cracked part can be filled after a construction. The flexible unit is made of soft rubber or urethane material, and an insertion unit (30) inserted into a gap (20) of a crack is formed. The insertion unit (30) has laterally symmetrical vertical pieces (31) disposed at regular intervals to be integrally formed with an adhesive unit (40) having a laterally symmetrical structure.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 옥상바닥 또는 벽면에서 발생된 균열에 의한 누수를 보수함에 있어 균열이 발생된 부위의 주변 콘크리트를 굴토하지 않고서도 간편하고 신속하게 보수 시공을 할 수 있도록 함으로써 인적, 물적 자원을 대폭 절감할 수 있음과 동시에 시공 후에도 균열부위가 벌어지는 틈새의 폭 만큼 균열부위의 틈새가 채워질 수 있는 콘크리트 구조물의 균열부위 보수용 신축 유닛 및 그 신축 유닛을 이용한 균열부위 보수 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 균열이 발생한 틈새(20)에 콘크리트 절단기를 활용하여 균열 발생 방향으로 신축 유닛(P)을 삽입할 수 있는 삽입공간을 확보하는 삽입공간확보단계(S100)와, 상기 공간이 확보된 틈새(20)에 공간 확보 단계에서 발생된 미세 분말을 물 또는 에어를 강제 주입하여 제거하는 미세분말 제거 단계(S200)와, 상기 미세분말이 제거된 틈새(20) 및 균열(10)부위에 접착력을 갖는 우레탄 실란트 또는 실리콘 실란트 중 선택된 어느 하나를 이용하여 도포하는 접착제 도포단계(S300)와, 상기 접착제 도포 후 연질의 고무 또는 우레탄 소재로 이루어지며, 균열이 발생된 틈새(20)에 삽입되는 삽입부(30)가 구성되되, 상기 삽입부(30)는 좌, 우 대칭 구조를 갖는 접착부(40)와 일체형의 구조로 이루어질 수 있도록 좌, 우 대칭 구조의 수직편(31)이 일정간격을 두고 배치 형성되며, 상기 수직편(31)의 하측 끝단은 연결편(32)에 의해 연결되어 신축기능을 발휘할 수 있는 공극(33)이 길이방향으로 형성되며, 상기 삽입부(30)의 상측에는 신축 유닛이 콘크리트 면과 기밀한 접착상태를 유지하여 수분이 침투하지 않도록 접착부(40)가 구성된 신축 유닛(P)을 부착고정시키는 신축 유닛 고정단계(S400)와, 상기 신축 유닛 고정 후 신축 유닛의 공극(33) 내부에 탄성력을 갖는 발포수지 또는 주제와 경화제가 혼합된 아크릴 수지 중 어느 하나를 주사기를 활용하여 주입하되, 발포수지를 주입하는 경우 발포수지 주입 후 물을 더 주입하는 탄성제 주입단계(S500)와, 상기 탄성제 주입 후 균열 부위의 표면을 마감처리 하는 마감처리 단계(S600)로 이루어진다.
