FORM PANEL
The present invention relates to a form panel which reduces weight and simultaneously buffers and absorbs impact and noise caused in an installation process of reinforcing bar arrangement by integrally forming a panel member composed of a null frame and a yoke frame without providing a long wire material and using a honeycomb member. Furthermore, by introducing a finishing member, support force of the form panel is improved. According to the present invention, the form panel comprises: a panel member including a null frame composing the outer surface of the form, and one pair of York frames vertically extended from both end portions of the null frame to the rear side of the null frame; a honeycomb member coupled to the rear surface of the null frame to provide buffer and sound absorption function; and a finishing member coupled to the rear surface of the honeycomb member.
본 발명은 장선재의 구비를 생략하고 널프레임 및 멍에프레임으로 이루어진 패널부재를 일체로 성형하고 또한 허니컴부재를 이용하여, 경량화를 도모함과 동시에 시공 과정에서 철근 배치에 의해 발생하는 충격 및 소음에 대한 완충과 흡음을 제공하고, 추가로 마감부재의 도입을 통해 향상된 지지력을 갖는 거푸집 패널에 관한 것으로, 거푸집 외면을 구성하는 널프레임 및, 이 널프레임의 양 단부에서 후방으로 수직 연장된 한 쌍의 멍에프레임을 포함하는 패널부재와, 상기 널프레임 후면에 결합되어 완충 및 흡음 기능을 제공하는 허니컴부재와, 상기 허니컴부재 후면에 결합되는 마감부재를 포함하여 이루어진다.
