본 발명은 신호등에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 지면에 고정지주를 설치하고, 상기 고정지주의 상부에 신호등이 결합된 신호등지주와 회전지주를 설치하되, 상기 고정지주와 회전지주 사이에 각도조절장치를 설치하여 회전지주를 일정각도 회전시킬 수 있는 회전 신호등이다.
