BUILDING INSULATION REINFORCED ORGANIC RADIANT HEAT RESISTANCE AND ANTI-CONDENSATION PERFORMANCE
The present invention relates to an organic insulation material for a building with improved radiant heat resistance and dew condensation prevention performance. The organic insulation material comprises: at least an insulation member manufactured of an organic matter and attached to an outer wall of a building to block outdoor environment and create a preset indoor environment; a plurality of space layer forming materials individually attached to one side or both sides of the insulation material, blocking the indoor and outdoor environment of the building by an air layer by having a plurality of hollow layers inside; and a plurality of reflective sheets reducing a radiation factor and preventing inflow of radiant heat from the outside with an air layer forming material by increasing a rate of reflection by being attached to one side or both sides of the insulation material or the air layer forming material. A pair of the reflective sheets does not have a hole to have a resistance of moisture movement on an indoor side, and has the hole to perform discharge of the dew condensation on an outdoor side. The organic insulation material for a building can minimize a thermal loss by increasing the rate of reflection of (cold or hot) radiant heat flowing from the outside and the indoor side, and reduce a radiant heat quantity of the organic insulation material using the hollow layer (thickness 10 mm) additionally installed and aluminum foil while obtaining a standard thickness required by a standard design of an energy saving building.
본 발명은 유기질로 제작되며 건물의벽에 부착되어 외부환경을 차단하고 실내에 설정된 환경을 조성하는 적어도 하나의 단열부재; 상기 단열부재의 일측면이나 양측면에 각각 부착되며 내부에 복수의 중공층이 형성되어 있어 공기층을 통해 건물 내외부의 환경을 차단하는 복수의 공간층형성재; 및 상기 공간층형성재나 상기 단열부재의 일측면이나 양측면에 부착되어 반사율을 증대시켜 상기 공간층형성재와 함께 외부의 복사열 유입을 차단하고 방사율을 감소시키는 복수의 반사시트;를 포함하고, 한 쌍의 상기 반사시트는, 실내측에는 투습저항성을 이루어지도록 구멍이 형성되지 않고, 실외측에는 결로 배출이 이루어지도록 구멍이 형성되어, 건축물 에너지절약설계 기준'에서 요구하는 규정 두께를 확보하면서 추가로 설치된 중공층(두께 10mm)과 알루미늄 포일에 의해 자체 방(복)사열량을 낮추고 실내측과 외부에서 유입되는 (냉 또는 온)복사열의 반사율을 높여 열손실을 최소화시킬 수 있다.
